FANTAM Sports – Online Gallery Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, or purchasing from a FANTAM Sports online gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Gallery Access

Photo galleries are provided for viewing and purchasing images captured during FANTAM Sports media days, Pixie Sets, and related events.

Gallery access may require:
• An email address
• Access code (when applicable)
• Parent/guardian verification

Sharing gallery access links is permitted unless otherwise restricted.

3. Ordering & Payments

• All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment platforms.
• Orders must be paid in full before downloads or products are delivered.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All sales are final once digital files have been delivered.

4. Digital Downloads

Upon purchase:

• Buyers receive a personal-use license for downloaded images.
• Files are delivered electronically via the gallery system.
• FANTAM Sports is not responsible for lost downloads due to failure to save files.

It is the customer’s responsibility to back up purchased images.

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

• No refunds will be issued for digital image purchases.
• Refunds or replacements for physical products may be provided only in cases of printing defects or order errors.

6. Copyright & Image Use

All images remain the exclusive property of FANTAM Sports.

Purchasers receive a personal-use license, allowing:

• Printing for personal use
• Sharing on personal social media
• Use for personal keepsakes

The following are NOT permitted without written permission:

• Commercial use
• Editing or altering images
• Selling or redistributing images
• Removing watermarks from unpurchased images

7. Unauthorized Use

Downloading, screenshotting, copying, or distributing watermarked images without purchase is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Gallery Availability

Galleries may remain active for a limited time. FANTAM Sports does not guarantee indefinite access to galleries or purchased files.

Customers are responsible for downloading their images promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

FANTAM Sports is not responsible for:

• Third-party gallery platform outages
• Internet access issues
• Email delivery failures
• User error when downloading files

10. Policy Updates

FANTAM Sports may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the gallery constitutes acceptance of any changes.
